Cancellation procedures: We make it easy on all of our agreements. You may cancel at anytime with on our month to month agreements with 30 days notice. If you have a 12 month agreement your agreement will continue on a month to month basis after the initial term expires. After that initial term is over you may cancel with 30 days notice. The cancellation mustl be in writing, and accompanied by any membership cards. Your account must be current and in good standing before Club Symmetry will process any such request to cancel. Cancellation shall be effective on the next monthly dues payment date; provided, that for such notice of cancellation that is not received by Club Symmetry at least30 days prior to such next monthly dues payment date, cancellation shall be effective the next succeeding monthly dues payment date.
